Once you complete your profile, one of our Professional Matchmakers will personally reach out to you. They will then decide, based on your initial conversation, whether or not we will move forward with scheduling an interview. You will personally meet with either Amber Lee or Sandra Myers, who are the Co-Founders and Owners of SDS. Amber or Sandra will share their level of confidence in representing you once they understand your criteria and expectations. Their approach to accepting clients is based on the ability to provide the resources needed for a successful membership. Once accepted as an SDS client, you will then have access to the highly sought-after singles in our exceptional, broad-reaching network.

SDS clients meet with Certified Professional Matchmakers, who will get well acquainted with you through our proprietary onboarding process. We will set up a call to get more detailed and in-depth information about you and your life’s history with love. Once we clearly understand how to vet your matches, we will then tailor interview questions specifically for your introductions. This is to ensure you are only meeting the most qualified opportunities and not wasting time. Once our team approves your match, we will notify you and begin the concierge setup of your date.

Our Date Concierge manages your date from start to finish. First, we schedule your initial date and then follow up to verify everything is planned out carefully for optimum success. Both parties will be contacted to acquire availability, and it is our job to find the perfect setting to arrange your date. Your Date Concierge will confirm your initial introduction and manage the reservation to allow for a hassle-free dating experience.

Our Platinum Level Matchmaking service allows for complete one-on-one support with a Professional Matchmaker to achieve optimum results. This is in addition to all the benefits that the Concierge Level of service provides. Platinum Level clients can discuss their date selection with their Matchmaker prior to the meeting. You will also have the full advantage of final approval of all date selections. This level of service puts you in the driver’s seat and allows for flexibility in your decision-making process. You will have scheduled insight sessions with a professional Matchmaker after each date, where you will provide us with timely, effective feedback. Our Matchmakers will then provide insight into what your date shared about their experience meeting with you. Platinum-level clients want to be “In the know.” They appreciate our professional insight and love the accurate information they receive when making important decisions in finding their perfect match.

Platinum Level clients have priority access to all incoming members and an exclusive Private Search by SDS recruiters conducted throughout their membership. We want our Platinum clients to have access to our proprietary network and all the singles we have access to through our endless connections throughout the dating community.
